Go with Boss A. If your unhappy at work it will trickle down into your personal life and make you miserable day and night. I've been there. Telling yourself you can suck it up for 6 hours a day only works for so long before it breaks you down.

Good call. Make sure what the money will be before you make the leap.Everyone, I can't thank you enough for your kind words of advice. I've had a long chat with my Dad today as well. I'm going to go back to Boss A and ask him what he is offering wage wise. He asked me to tell him what I earn now. I figure, as he has approached me, I'm going to ask him what HE is willing to pay me. I know it's not all about the money. However, I am pretty secure where I am now. The firm I am with now are pretty much tops in the town. The firm he is with, does well. However, the branch in the town I work in, is their poorest performing office. Hence their desire to shake it up, by putting a new team in there. Will keep you posted. Sorry I haven't been posting much and I'm guilty of not keeping up with what is happening with you all. But I'm here, and will be on here more, and send you all many hugs. ((((The Board)))))
Yeah. What Susan said.I'm with everyone else - Boss A sounds great. And, if you leave Boss B in a nice, professional way (two weeks notice, burning no bridges) perhaps he'd take you back if somehow things didn't work out with Boss A?
exactly this. If you jump ship because of this jerk, he's already losing one of the things that helped make that company so strong. A loyal worker that should have been treated better. As for the firm you're at being the best in town...they won't be for much longer, if Boss B keeps pushing people to the point where they give serious consideration to leaving or feel permanently stressed.
