Had it in a few places. The one place I remember it well was when we went for a day trip out of Edinburgh and visited Loch Lomond. Within Edinburgh, at our hotel and a place we stopped for breakfast.

It's nicely spiced with warm, earthy spices. A bit crumbly but also creamy at the same time. One of the people in the video calls it "gamey" which I guess you could say if comparing it to a bland piece of chicken. The neeps and tatties served with are are tasty too. The bottom line is that it's comfort food.
