On a completely different topic (sorry for the thread hi-jack) is your husband ever a real numpty? Mine is getting on my nerves (even after almost 10 years together!)

Oh, sorry.
It's nicely spiced with warm, earthy spices. A bit crumbly but also creamy at the same time. One of the people in the video calls it "gamey" which I guess you could say if comparing it to a bland piece of chicken. The neeps and tatties served with are are tasty too. The bottom line is that it's comfort food.
