I work from home, but my co-workers still manage to annoy me from time to time by email or telephone!

My own pet peeve are co-workers who have stopped listening to your complete ramble and are mentally working out their response based on your first sentence. You can see their wheels turning while you are speaking. Sometimes I'll even throw in something that makes no sense just to see if anyone is listening (they're not).
Look Ma!! I MESSED with Texas!! LMAO
You remember my co worker who ate my Cheetos.......I am not really complaining (yes I am)
Just wondered how many others deal with little annoyances at work.
In my best mom voice....Ms Mod! Hoss is picking on me! Make him behave!
Please tell me they didn't find the body already? You remember my co worker who ate my Cheetos.......
I'm sorry, what was that about a banana? If I think someone isn't listening I will throw something random in there to see if they are listening, like 'so anyway, that is when I realised that I was never going to fit the whole banana in' then see what happens. A couple of people have called me on it then I have to come clean but most of the time it just goes by them.

Ah well you clearly were listening and certainly not a transcript of my conversation with the E.R nurse last weekend.I'm sorry, what was that about a banana?
I'm not at liberty to comment......Please tell me they didn't find the body already?
Fair play, the kid likes his banana!
The nice thing about being a teacher is that I'm not constantly with my coworkers. I'm around some annoying kids, but that, I can deal with.
I do eat lunch with 3 or 4 other teachers, and one of those is THE STORYTELLER. She will start out a story (about her kids, her grandma, her dead dad, a student, growing up, her anniversary, her shopping expeditions--you name it) at the beginning of the lunch time and still be telling it as I'm leaving 25 minutes later. You're thinking, "But you did get to ask her some questions, or tell your thinking on the subject, or give some advice?"
No. I'm saying that she literally talks the whole time putting in every detail (dates and times...was it Thursday, no I think it was Friday), telling each character's back story, each word that was said.
I would like a little adult conversation during lunch, but I think this coming school year, I'll just eat by myself. She doesn't do it every day, but most days. Plus, she eats chips every day and it sounds like she's auditioning for a Pringle's commercial--mouth open wide, CRUNCH CRUNCH CRUNCH. It makes me want to puke.
No this boss' boss used to be my direct boss and I am pretty sure he could sense my perfectionist/anti patience/anger management problems about to explode all over this guy. He is the best boss I ever had. One of those bosses who actually knows who is working hard and who is hardly working.OK NEW irratating co worker story from today!
I work this machine that normally takes two hands but I work it with one due to my injury. And this guy comes up to "help me" but the dude is using one hand. Looking at every fricking bored for 35 minutes instead of feeding it. The problem is I dont think he is being lazy he is just slow. We start getting backed up and I literally just fantasize grabbing him by the shoulders and saying "GO HELP SOMEONE ELSE YOU ARE IN MY WAY! YOU ARE LITERALLY SLOWING DOWN A ONE ARMED PERSON!" but I dont like hurting peoples feeling so I just shake my head. Luckily my boss' boss is a kick ass sunbitch and sent someone else up there just in time to save this annoying guys life.
Pics? Hope you are feeling better.Today I was the annoying co worker. Because I threw up infront of everyone. My legs went out from under me because I was so dizzy. then I kept dry heaving. What a great day to be alive.
