Because I'm cheap lately I've been using Kroger lite coffee which is 50/50 caffeinated/decaf. I like coffee but I really don't need much caffeine.

Not always. I can be fairly distracted by my own crap. Some people are more guarded than others, though.I don't have a favorite setting... anywhere really.. but probably old creepy houses or Sematary's

They used to be stronger than they are now. I think with age the protein in hair and nails is less abundant causing these tissues to be more brittle.
