I have not. I like to travel but my wanderlust isn't like that of many who love living on the very edge of adventure. I don't mean that I believe that style is particularly risky, though it might be, it's just that it's not my personality. I'd like to hitch with a friend.

Have you ever been to an outdoor concert which drew thousands of people?
Oh yeah, my first was The Miami Valley Music Festival in 1975, a little band called The Eagles, The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, The New Riders of the Purple Sage, & The Earl Scruggs Revue were the headliners.
Ever pick one and try the grapes in the store to see if they're any count?

Oh oh oh, forgot the spices, to make it easy usually I just use pre mixed apple or punkin' pie spice, and it sure don't hurt to throw in a goodly dollop of applesnauce:encouragement:

I guess a Cobb salad. Ham, lettuce, cucumbers, boiled eggs, bacon, garlic crutons and honey mustard.

Have you ever tried to calm a child having a tantrum in public?

I had to stop laughing long enough to type this. I have an autistic boy going through puberty and a girl who was almost as much of a handful when she was little. I've spent almost 2 decades carrying screaming kids out of places :D

What do you do when you're out and see a kid having a tantrum or meltdown?

I saw this recently - a little Native boy holding a bottle and wailing was looking down the hall at his parents - they were moving ahead - the father maybe 6 feet away and Mom way up further along in the hall - she was saying "We're going to leave you behind!":icon_eek::dejection:
I was just leaving work. I looked at her and said "Don't say that!" :hammer: then moved closer to the boy - stood there and looked at him and said "Go see your Daddy" He looked at me and started moving towards him - I said "That's better" and carried on my way. (I had on a scrub top and a hospital pass - maybe I looked like someone in authority so it worked - well the kid WAS only about 3!) =D:nerd:

Has anyone ever given you a hard time in public or embarrassed you with their behaviour? How did you handle it?
