I have no insect phobias of which I'm aware, but I fear fleas because I've always had pets and have had to deal with fleas in the house. I fear a flea infestation since they can become embedded in places you don't know about and lay eggs and just not want to go away. And if you see one then it disappears (jumps) somewhere, and even when you catch one its body is so flat and kind of hard that you think you've squished it yet haven't and it just disappears again. Then it bites you in your sleep in about 12 places.

There were a few good ones that year, but I'm going with Full Metal Jacket.

Well both The Lost Boys and Lethal Weapon came out in 1987 so I think that was a pretty good year but I'd have to go with 1931 because that was the year the first Frankenstein and Dracula movies were released and I figure they were probably a huge step forward in horror movies.

1960s for quality. (But I really do enjoy the 1980s music more myself...)

You forgot to ask a question, dammit. (An ear-worm tune is one which gets in your head and won't go away without being replaced by another ear-worm use. For the sake of you and others reading this I won't provide any examples, especially since everyone already knows, and fears, that to which I refer.)
