Any one out there interested in having their portrait Drawn? I am working on a series of candid portraits (can be cheesy,goofy, as long as it says something about you and no one owns the rights to the photo). What do I need to make your portrait? 3 good photos of you and a $10 contribution to my project when your image is complete. What do you get? A high res image file that you can print for your own personal use. I ask only that I keep the rights to publish my drawing of you in any way I feel appropriate (ideally a book of portraits). What will they look like? See my profile pick and my Icon series... this is the style in which these images will be done.

Good suggestion...maybe it will fit with my Icon series. Right now I am focused on the Candid project for which I am only using only people who volunteer to be a part of it. Thanks.

Due to limited interest I have put the Candid Project on hold.
I am moving forward with my ICON series (images of famous people) and will be posting a Kick-starter project doing limited signed and numbered prints soon.

I am sorry, but I am not doing any candid/portraits right now. Any one who submitted photos... I am not going to use them and have deleted them from my archive. I do thank you for your interest, but the $10 a image price would only work if I hit 30 or more individuals and had seen that more people would want to invest in the project as a whole. If you are interested in a portrait for your self I will consider doing custom portraits given a good photo and a fair dollar amount... considering drawings take between 8 to 15 hours on average average would be $100 (always payable on completion).
See examples of my drawings for an idea of what you would get and expect to wait 30 to 40 days depending on my excepting the project as I am illustrating a book right now.
