When I was kid one of the neighborhood dads had an Olympic size pool table in his basement which he had retrieved from a New Orleans bar which had burned down. It had the classic leather pockets. It was a beauty. The dad would have a bunch of us kids over weekly to teach us how to play. That's how I got started. I've really enjoyed the game most of my life.I was just wondering if anyone on here plays pool at all?
I do sometimes lol i learned from my dad he is really good at it
we have a table set up in our basement and we play the game with our friends alot

Have one in our rec room (4'x8') hand made - me and Paul Sorvino (who had a home close to me) had them both delivered the same day, but I think he got a different carpet - mine is maroon. The guy who installed it broke his hand delivering Sovino's, so I had to do a lot of the work setting up mine with his helper.I was just wondering if anyone on here plays pool at all?

My father-in-law only plays for beer now as he's 72. I lose about a case or two a week to him (30-pack) in the fall and winter months when it's too cold for outdoor activities.My dad plays for money lol

I wish I could throw a dart. Every time I try to play, the dart just sort of pathetically chunks on the board with it's little wings and falls to the floor.
