Super easy! They're a lot like a sugar cookie, but made with cream of tartar to give them a little more bite. You roll the cookie dough balls in cinnamon & sugar before you bake them, too. They're DELICIOUS!what exactly is a snickerdoodle? I've always been curious, but never had the opportunity to ask.......it's not something that just comes up in conversation at work, you know.....
But I do seriously want to know......and what do they taste like?........and are they difficult to make?
Thank you, Spidey! I just got online for the day, so I didn't have a chance to answerA snickerdoodle is a type of cookie made with butter or oil, sugar, and flour, and rolled in cinnamon sugar. Eggs may also sometimes be used as an ingredient, with cream of tartar and baking soda added to leaven the dough. Snickerdoodles are characterized by a cracked surface and can be crisp or soft depending on preference.
Snickerdoodles are often referred to as "sugar cookies". However, traditional sugar cookies are often rolled in white sugar whereas snickerdoodles are rolled in a mixture of white sugar and cinnamon.
A Snickerdoodle is the wisecracking offspring of a Goldendoodle....

This exchange nearly made me swallow my tongue I was laughing so hard!
Sadly, considering my skills in the kitchen, I'm far more likely to whip up something resembling OoO's version of a Snickerdoodle than anything you'd send in a care package.
Spock told me you make a mean Plomeek soup.
Only when I'm sloshed on Tranya. I can whip up some decent gagh, but that's not saying much since you serve the Klingon bloodworm dish alive and squirming.
I'm a theragen derivative and scotch man myself.......
