If this has already been mentioned, my apologies, but my answer would be Fast Times at Ridgemont High and, although I don't know all the songs from this movie, I think Stand by Me would qualify as an answer, too, correct?
Bonus answer: Badfinger's "Baby Blue" at the end of the Breaking Bad finale is a great example of music utilization.

Oh year! By Gerard Mcmann, I always forget a few songs from the movie, it's a great song.
Thief, starring James Caan, scored by Tangerine Dream. They did a great job with it.
Good songs on the "Carlito's Way", "Studio 54" and "American Hustle" soundtracks.
Not the greatest movie ever but the soundtrack from the movie "Singles" was awesome. Great Seattle music soundtrack.
I love the soundtracks from Rob Zombie movies... The Devil's Rejects especially.
