Used this on my roots today, and it's excellent for covering gray. Very easy to use, and a bonus: If you don't use all the product, it stays "unmixed" so you can save it and use it for your next touch-up. Cost was about $13 at Wal-Mart, but I went to the Loreal site and downloaded a $3 off coupon. C'mon, you're worth it!
