Tbh, he doesn't look so tough. Take away the tat and the 'I'm hard, me' pout and he's not all that. Even I know guys who're scarier. But the scariest is one who looks like an angel, but is bloody certifiable. (You know those guys who are actually called 'pretty'? He's one of them, and it's had an effect.)
