Now that was my first reaction too--possibly because since I've started moderating I've had to think a little more carefully about photos in general, but also because of what some (*expletives*) people have done to children via the Internet.
But then I thought about it for a moment longer. He's what, 19-20? and has a younger sibling. I have a 19-year-old, a 16-yr-old, a 13-yr-old and a 5-year-old... and if my 5-year-old hadn't seen one of his siblings in a while and decided to go lie down next to his brother and they fell asleep--I would take a picture too and would think nothing of it, because it is a completely innocent situation.
