Absolutely--I'll be doing physical therapy once I'm off the crutches and can get that set up so may wait for them to give me advice about what not to do too soon. I don't want to jeopardize the recovery by doing too much physically but in the meantime I can do something about what I'm eating. It doesn't help that I have my daughter's wedding in September to get ready for so know I can't put it off too long. Weight does not come off the way it did in my younger days so need all the time I can get.
I imagine you've already educated yourself to have a, so to speak, diet plan with which you are comfortable. I assume that the treadmill might stay off for now, though I hope not because I sense your desire to redeem and make up (perceived) lost time. I trust your judgment not to overdo despite any and all stressors.

Here's hoping for a speedy recovery Ms. Mod and fast weight loss.
Thanks! I'm on the home stretch with the recuperation. I'm hoping my partner will take advantage of the offer I made to him to eat up all the chocolate I brought home yesterday--gifts that had been delivered to the office while I was working at home. I'm not crazy about chocolate but if it's around, my carbohydrate addiction kicks in and I somehow manage to force it down. :wink2:
