That reminds me of our last call of the day. We have all these birds (pigeons & tiny sparrows) in the downtown area of my city, and we received the call as "a man trying to kick the pigeons, who fell and hit his head on the concrete."
He missed the pigeon and the momentum of his swinging foot carried him too far forward, which made him fall and hit his head.
I don't know why they're always trying to kick the pigeons. They don't bother people, not in a way that would warrant kicking them.
We've been getting all kinds of crazy and/or strange calls but it seems like poetic justice for a guy to hurt himself while trying to hurt a pigeon.

People call the pigeons "flying rats". They say that they carry disease and they don't like them pooping all over the place. To me, this guy sounds like maybe he had a screw loose however!
