I thought about him too, when this was going on yesterday. 
It came down about 70 miles northwest of me. Took out power to about 30,000 with its cables. The local people interviewed on the news had a common theme... How stupid is our government?

Saw this on the news tonight. It cost $150,000,000 tax dollars to build this thing? WTF? I thought all government contracts went to the cheapest bidder? Glad my (and your) tax dollars are hard at work......
....yeah, not like the concept and earlier versions haven't been around for years....I swear, somebody at the DOD is talking in a high, squeaky voice and moonlighting selling balloons.....
