Well, if you've conquered The Dark Tower series already, you're ready for anything! I know many people say The Stand is one of the best. SK writes some awesome short stories, if you're looking for a change of pace...

Salems lot, Misery, Hearts in Atlantis, Shining, Needful Things, Dead Zone, Cujo, Carrie, Dolores Claiburne, Green Mile, Girl who loved Tom Gordon, Mr Mercedes, Revival, Desperation, Liseys Story, The Stand, Cell, Under the Dome, Finders Keepers and of course all the short story collections... They are excellent. I'm sure i forgot a lot but it is a start anyway...
