You were the first person to reach out to me on this board and one of the main reasons why it is like a second home to me now. I've often visited your "Big Threads" for a smile on a hard day-this board got me through some tough times. Kinda like you, I gravitate toward the funny stuff to forget the muck and mire in life. You are valued and appreciated so much-I realize I'm repeating what so many have previously stated. I tried to respond to this thread this morning, but couldn't complete my post because I was overwhelmed by how much I wanted to reach out to you and your family, to somehow write something that would stand out in these pages of love and support. You, sir, are a gift to us here in SKMB land and somehow the kindness you've shown others will come back to bless you! Don't lose faith. We all could use reminding-this is a season of miracles!!

....oh my goodness, the outpouring of love from you honey and all the others here, reminds me there IS magic left in this world...it flows freely here amongst this family....and it gives me heart...things are only getting worse on this end-but I'm not dwelling on that...I only want the love of my wife and my family here...you are my world...

...bless your heart Spidey...you needn't have done this....I just reached out in pain, not wishing to add to your load...thank you for your loving kindness and you as well Neesy...without going into detail, because I hurt to bad-my son will not be joining us for Christmas, to the best of my knowledge...he has chosen to spend his break from the Army with his girlfriend and her family...none of us have seen him since September, or heard from him in a couple of months-all over tales she has whispered into his ear to pit him against us...you know I'm certainly not one to put sorrow on display-I'm all about the goofiness, but the last few days have been hard with the loss of a dear friend and now an estrangement not of our making from my eldest son...we humbly ask for your love and kindness in this most hurtful of times...I'm sorry to seem so burdensome...

Dear Sir, you could never be burdensome. If you cannot reach out to us with your pain where will you go? This is just one holiday, there will be many more and they will be happier, I can attest to this. Remember, what goes around, comes around. It's up to you and Tracy to wait. Meanstime,
