I hear ya....I've been an emotional roller coaster disguised as a bipolar manic depressive psychopath...third night in a row I can't sleep. Why do people think you're just not trying hard enough when you can't sleep? Like telling me to turn off the movie I'm not watching and put down the book I'm trying to use to make my eyes heavy and turn the lights out is going to be a magical cure? As if I've never thought of that when I was completely spent and just wanted a coma...
