Just gorgeous. And love that quilting on the back. Quality work. Do you have the Bernina that has that knee control that lifts the needle? I love that thing. I wish I had that.
It does--but it doesn't lift the needle, it lifts the presser foot so you can adjust the fabric. I'd never had that before and when they were showing me all the features of the machine when I was deciding which one to buy, I thought I'd never use it. Wrong! Use it all the time and try to use it when I'm sewing on the serger. Might work better if the serger had one.

And thank you!

Finished the project/s I've been working on off/on since February this weekend. Couldn't get the entire throw in one frame--it's 48 x 64. This was the first paper pieced quilt I've done. Had a lot of scraps left from the trimming so made 3 pillows to go with it. Hadn't planned it out but after quilting around the points, discovered it made a really funky design on the back so didn't add any other quilting.

Magnificent work. The rewards of many hours of sewing. Love the pillow designs.

That's me wishing I could be sewing instead of moderating. ;-D

That's an interesting design, I like it! :) and the backside stitches make an interesting design too. I like solid color quilts with the only pattern being that of the stitches. I really really liked your stitches within the solid squares on that last quilt you made. The pillows are cool too! :) I couldn't enlarge the image enough to see the stitches but it kinda looked like the fabric pieces were embroidered together.

Thank you! It's a feather stitch but done with the machine to make them look like the old crazy quilt patterns that were done with hand embroidery. I'm fine with cheating for that.
