Well... If you're only going to charge $85, I would gladly buy a couple :)

When hubby was welding, I used to make him welding caps (like baseball caps only fitted without the plastic strap and made of sturdy 100% cotton so they could be thrown in the washing machine often). Sometimes other welders would ask him if they could buy caps from me but the dang things took me an entire day to make and nobody in their right mind is going to spend more than $10 on a welding cap lol.

I love those caps. $10 seems cheap. It's costs double that to buy a baseball cap. (Maybe not...you're talking US dollars. )

Spent the evening making a kick a$$ Young Justice Robin costume :) So fun, but now my eyes and my back hurt from hunching over the sewing machine--lol. I meant to get a picture tonight, but it took longer than I expected (doesn't everything) and I had to send The Kid off to bed. Tomorrow I'll get a shot of it, but this is the picture I was referencing:

Here's my daughter in her Maleficent costume. I made the horns, cape, choker and scepter. =D

That is outstanding!! Magnificent! I am trying to watch the movie. I need to rent it from Redbox. I recorded it but there's commercials. Are you doing full on Angelina make up? She's adorable.

Yes they are! After you mentioned your gypsy costume, and I remembered mine, I talked my daughter into being a gypsy. I'll post a picture when she's all done up. We're still working on it. She wore cat ears and tail and drew on a nose and whiskers for school today. For some reason they are having costumes today. I don't know what they're going to do with them on Monday.

There's a Day of the Dead festival here tonight. I'm thinking of going and observing. I don't think I have it in me to do a sugar skull on a do nothing Friday night.

I've finished the stitching in the stocking. Sorry for the poor quality picture...bad lighting.

Does the name look centred?

Moderator I usually prefer to use Mill Hill beads instead of French knots. But this pattern uses just one thread for the knots and wrap around needle only one time. So, in comparison, the beads were really big. They made the Santa in the top right corner look possessed. (DH suggested I add horns. )

It looks a little off-center to the right to me but it could just be the way I'm seeing it. Even if it is, it's a beautiful stocking.

;-D At first I read that as DJ (Dana Jean) suggested you add horns--which would have fit, now that I think of it.
