The use of four colors really makes the slipcases look terrific! I think you have the process perfected :) I hope you don't do like I oftentimes do and loose interest in craft projects once I've figured out how to make them lol.

I feel like I am getting close, but still not perfect. If I was able to figure out how to do hot foil embossing...then that would be perfection! But I have so many collectible books at this point, that there is not an end in sight anytime soon. I suppose if all of my books had a professional and official slipcase available from CD or the publishers, then I might opt to just buy those instead and save myself the time...as I did with Bill Hodges trilogy and The Fireman. But I doubt that all of the SK library will get official slipcases anytime soon.

I only have one book from Cemetery Dance and that is Carrie but yes - the slipcase does make a big difference - it's great you are so handy and can make your own :m_clap:

Oh! I havn't had rhubarb pie since I was a kid - I love rhubarb pie :) I don't think rhubarb grows down here :( I also love pumpkin - all the mini pumpkin pies with cinnamon cream cheese rosettes are mine! Did you hear that, GNT and DJ? MINE!!!

That fennel, shallot and basil pizza sounds interesting. I woulda never thought to put fennel on a pizza. I like fennel - I drink fennel tea when my tummy hurts.

Any chance you can swing by Texas on your way to CYB's and pick me up? :)
...just keep thinking yer little pastys are safe Missy....no one escapes the GNT'S "requisitions"!!!!!....

I have always been a resourceful and creative person. And always trying to learn stuff. There is a method to my madness. Even if I don't fully understand where the path will lead.

Thank you for that. One on which I'm still deciding whether to be flattered or offended. On an earlier version of my Halloween tree--not the utterly awesome one pictured, smaller but with the same base and some of the same decorations--my sister had this friend over who started telling me they sell stuff like that on Etsy! I mean, the guy just walks in the house, having no idea of how long and hard I worked on this or why I made it--that I might make stuff to keep for my own enjoyment--and starts making plans to sell stuff left and right! On the other hand at least he considered my stuff salable!

Amazing, as always! Your grandchildren are lucky to have such a talented grandmother to create such beautiful heirloom pieces for them.

Fox is actually my brother's first grandchild.

That's absolutely gorgeous :) Did you ever finish Starry Night with Tardis?

Still trucking along in that one. It's been 23 months.
