...since I was a rather large and stout kid...."Fatso", "Blob", "Fat-ass"...all the lovely things you could think of.....later in life, "Steam", "Lurch", Big'un" and of course "Giant".....
One of the guys in our group back in high school stood about 6 foot 5 inches and weighed over 300 lbs. We called him “Tiny.” Eventually the German exchange student joined our group (until he was expelled and deported because of a trip I organized one Friday when we skipped school and went to New Jersey drinking... but that’s another story). Hans could never understand why we called the big guy Tiny. “I do not understand, he is massive, vie do you call him “Tiny? It makes no sense to me.” Germans back then must have had a problem understanding irony. :)

My nickname was Mickey. Which apparently has a very different meaning in the US.

In Canada a Mickey is a 375 ml bottle of liquor.

Story if you want it.

My well endowed cousin came to visit. When we were walking towards the verandah full of teens, one of the guys said "look at the 40 ouncers on her" and someone else responded "and her little cousin Mickey".

Mine was 'hammerhead' or 'shark' and later, my friends thought I looked like the actor Dennis Waterman, so they called me 'Terry'.

Mine was 'titch' or 'midge' because I was small compared to my classmates and then also 'Miss Sarky' because apparently I was very sarcastic nearly all the time.

I like how the Upper Peninsula is not on the map. Wally, for the better part of my formative years, variations on that theme by parties opposed to my stage presence, wally wonder at times, wussie wally wonder when the first wasn't enough. Ay-Wol, or was it AWOL? AWOL, I think, nobody ever explained it to me. had a variety of nicks through the years. Since becoming a super-hero I am now officially The SuperWindowMan! Commercials on radio have been fun...have gotten some positive feedback from one that is ear-catching and one hate letter based based on the same commercial, unsigned of course, snail-mail. Got under someone's skin I guess but what can you do? Punt? On first-down? Are you kidding! FUM called me Carrot. No idea what he was getting at until I finally connected the dots a couple months later and long-past-FUM, lady in Duluth asked me where I got my color. Huh? Allatime people are throwing me curve balls, low and outside, and I don't know whether to swing or take a walk. Your tan, she said. Oh! Well, I'd been out in California, where'd you get your dimples? Had a employer in Florida called me The Salty Dog...variation on Walt I'm guessing again. So I asked FUM what FUM stands for...fat ugly Mexican, he tells me. Oh. Blush. Next town over is great for nicks...Sputnik, Boodwa Bill (porridge/oatmeal), Ragu, Jugs, Boner, no relation...Doork, Muttu, had this one old guy in the area, Hollywood, kinda like calling a slim person Fats, or a tall person shorty.
