Hello, my mother had a aneurysm a few years ago and is still with us thank God. She has issues with her short term memory and forgets conversations from five minutes ago. She is the biggest Stephen King fan and each year I give her a new Stephen King book that I sign. She is still reading the first chapter for four years now. I want to do something special for her this year and get a book signed by Mr King himself. Do any of you know the best way to get a book signed for her?

I am a big fan too and lived in Bangor a few streets from the Kings on Lincoln street for years. I used to go for walks in the neighborhood and without fail any car with a out of state license plate would stop and ask where Stephen King lived. If I got a bad vibe from them I sent them down route 2 to Hermon.

Thank you in Advance,
Michael

Very sorry to hear of your mother's health issues but unfortunately Stephen stopped signing autographs years ago other than at official book signings. If you're still in Maine, there will be one in South Portland on November 17 but you will need to get a ticket by purchasing the book tomorrow (11th) at the Books A Million in South Portland. There will only be about 400 spots available as he only signs for two hours so not everyone who shows up is guaranteed a spot just in case you don't want to take a chance on going there and not getting a ticket.
