So delicious. More protein than beef and less fat than chicken. How could ya go wrong? Bison burgers are great, but try a bison chuck roast. Do it pot roast style. The gravy it makes is ambrosial. But by far the tastiest is a bison ribeye grilled over and open flame. Life doesn't get much better than that. Although, I still dream of all that amazing fresh Maine losbter, scAAALLLLops and chowdah I had last summer. I am still losing weight from that... LOL

Perhaps, but HE is not ME. I am at least 12% more awesome, for the guitar playing alone! Plus I drive a Honda and practice fairly regular hygiene.

He was a Guitar Institute grad, played blues and Eric Johnson's Cliffs of Dover, so you might not score any extra points on that count. Might be a theme here, though--in addition to the guitar you also have Native American ancestry in common except his is Cherokee. (Trying to keep this at least slightly on topic before people start telling us to get a room. :wink2:)

Uhh Mod, in a funny twist, your last like awarded me the "I can't get enough of your stuff" trophy. How is that for a most hilarious coincidence? LMAO

LOL, Thanks. If you ever get to eastern Pennsylvania give me a shout. As a guitar player, you might like the tour they provide at C.F. Martin, a local company. One of my daughters took bass lessons from a quality control supervisor over there, a truely gifted guitar player. And to keep it on topic I can direct you to some interesting local Navie American spots of interest like the "Bake Oven" and "Hawk Mountain."

I actually spent my first time ever in PA this last summer on my way to Maine. I was in north central, a town named Coudersport. The drive up US 15 from Harrisburg through the Alleghenys was breath taking. On the way back, I really wanted to stop over in Nazareth (I am the proud owner of a D18 acoustic), but had pre-committed to a few days in North Carolina and couldn't swing the trip. One of these days though...

You should see the Allegheny's in fall foliage. I drive through Nazareth almost every day. I pass a guitar shop there that specializes in rare, vintage, and finely crafted guitars. They have one of the oddest guitars on diplay I've ever seen. It looks something like this.

A D18... the good stuff, eh? In the old days Martin employees could make one guitar for themselves, but it couldn't have the C.F. Martin identification. They are still found on occasion for dirt cheap at garage sales here if you know what you're looking for.

I've also eaten turtle, frogs and gator. Gator, decent. Turtle, okay. Frog, horrible.

Wow, I really need to get out more. (Actually, I'm pretty sure I'll be happy to not try many of these things... :biggrin2: )

Yes but only once and it was smoked. (usually I have nothing with fins that swims...) The eel tasted sort of oily.
