My guy and I watched The Wedding Singer without knowing that the rapping granny, Ellen Albertini Dow, had died the previous day.
For the two weeks prior to May 23, he and I discussed A Beautiful Mind. John and Alicia Nash both died in a horrible car accident on that day.

Does this mean that if we go on a "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" binge watchfest that the Kardashian crowd will all die in a plane crash?

No, this doesn't mean I want them to die. I just want them to go away and stop polluting the American cultural Zeitgeist.

I watched enough Twilight Zone and Outer Limits to know this will most likely backfire on you. Your television probably has a curse on it. Did you buy it second hand from a creepy guy that spoke in an unrecognizable accent?

I keep reading how much people hate reality shows yet the views for these shows are still strong. I guess it must have some guilty pleasure in watching no one ever wants to admit. I don't think it'll do too much damage though. People just want something to distract them.

I'm watching most of them, blame me. Well, except the Kardashians. Don't watch that one. Never did.
