So my quest for a complete collection of SK work is so close to an end. I have been on a mad quest to get all of his hard cover edition novels (and have gotten a good amount of first editions along the way). Interestingly, I discovered along my journey that I had two copies of Drawing of the Three.

Alas, I missed out on a chance at getting a great Hardcover edition of Cycle of the Werewolf on eBay. It sold for 175. Cheapest I have seen. Especially how good of condition it was in.

I am still on the hunt for a good Hardcover of Colorado Kid. Looks like the best shot is one of the UK versions, which consequently has a really nice cover design.

There were four different editions of The Colorado Kid published--a signed (by King and the artist) traycased edition of 99 numbered copies (33 by each artist), a signed (by King and the artist) numbered edition of 150 copies, a signed by the artist edition of 1000 numbered copies (split among the three artists) and an unsigned gift edition of 10,000 unnumbered copies, again split among the artists. I'm pretty sure there was a second printing of the gift edition, but I'm not sure. I have copies of all the first printing editions except the traycased ones.

Just FYI, Geminii23, there was never a hardcover edition of Colorado Kid other than those done in the UK by PS Publishing. I think there were some "rebound" ones done for libraries, etc. known as Turtlebacks (the name of the publisher), though. I don't collect those.

I saw a large print edition of Colorado Kid in hardback at my local library. It's larger than the paperback edition (naturally). Kinda wondering--what's the collectibility on something like that?

There are some collectors out there that do collect these editions. I'm not one of them, though. If it's ex-library, though, it will probably show signs of wear, not to mention the library markings.
