Maybe someday I'll get to have one live with us.....
Triple O, they do shed, smell (typical hound scent) and drool (not as much as a bull dog). Both of mine have been energetic, funny (they are clowns), stubborn, and loyal. They like showers, are prone to ear infections (but if you clean their ears a couple times a week they are fine), and cannot swim due to weight mass legs etc...although perhaps with a weinie water wing;;D .

Please check basset rescues first. They are great with their unmistakeable voice and snoring and farts.:yes_pig:

Colombo brings back memories of watching TV with my grandma. When I stayed at her house in the summer, the routine was Colombo, the Rockford Files, Mannix (or Ironsides), and lastly, Love American Style, then we'd 'listen to the clock' (her old Regulator) until I fell asleep. Good memory :)

Thanks blunty. For some reason in my mind, I had him a little kid. Tough age to lose a dad any way you look at it.

I think he died right before Tim won the Oscar for Ordinary People (the movie that made me hate Mary Tyler Moore forever and ever. Still can't stand to see her face).
