Hello there fellow fans...
I would love it if Mr King would write a horror story about where I live. Dartmoor, England.
It's so creepy, melancholy and cloaked in atmosphere. Sir Arthur Conan Doyle wrote Hound of the Baskervilles after staying here. Inspired by the foggy, dank and moody mires. Whenever I read Kings work I think to myself "I'm safe here, Maine is thousands of miles away. The monster won't get me!". I would love him to write something close to home.

Ditto to what GNTLGNT said - Crouch End was the first story that popped into my mind as well.
Welcome Jodie Rain :cheerful:
Mr. King did live in England for a while but I think he got homesick and came back to the States early :m_whatwhat:

I love living on the moors...it's so creepy. I love Mr King...he's creepy too. I'd love a combination of the two!

Hi and welcome.
Welcome. I'm in Ireland and I think there are enough ghost stories here, he should try one with a bit of Irish as well. You never know though.

The moors in all of it's splendour...not looking it's creepiest tho.
I would love to go to Ireland.
I'm half irish and never been! Shocking haha

Today is my first time posting on a forum. Newbie is apt! I'm just bumbling along. Haven't got the hang of it yet.
Maybe I'll graduate to the main forums some day : )

Just ask if you have any questions. Look around, read some threads. Find one you like and jump right in. We are a strong Ka-Tet here and always available to newbies.
