Wait, I'm being obtuse here. I picked a card. He picked my card. He had a 1 in 6 chance of picking my card and he did. It doesn't change the fact that he picked my card.

Go back and look...the first set of cards are completely different from the second set. No matter which card you choose, it's not gonna be there.
The first set of cards are King of Hearts; Jack of Clubs; King of Spades; Queen of Diamonds; Queen of Clubs; and Jack of Diamonds.
Second set are Queen of Hearts; King of Clubs; Jack of Hearts; Queen of Spades; and King of Diamonds.....no sixth card because the illusionist knows you're only going to pay attention to your card's face and suit
