John Cusack interested in The Shining sequel - Yahoo Movies UK

Yeah I'm not educated in the field of adding links and all that lol but just the same.. John Cusack as Danny in a Dr. Sleep film adaptation, wouldn't that be awesome? Loved him in 1408 and I thought his bit performance in Stand By Me added such a special touch to the film.

It just seems Cusack does a lot of King's movies. There must be a reason, because neither of them is one-dimensional.

I think he's a fan. In the article he was quoted as saying he would take the role in a heartbeat or something to that effect, and he just seems like he would. His other movies are kind of in the same vein, you know? Identity, the raven...he's great. Wasn't he in runaway jury?? Now that's a great movie!

I love Cusack, he is a great actor. I would be happy if he plays Danny in Doctor Sleep, wouldn't that be just awesome? Looking forward to Cell as well, by the way. Just saw a picture on the Internet from the stage where they are shooting the movie. I am sooooo looking forward to it!

I was all for John Cusack until this, now I'm conflicted. Both great actors they would be great in something together as brothers. Age wise one's younger, the other older than DT. Can't decide. Maybe make 2 versions
