I watched a documentary about Dali which featured an interview with Mia Farrow who had worked for him as his assistant, and who said he was literally crazy. She said part of her job was, when he was being driven somewhere in his Rolls, to keep him from throwing money out of the windows. She said he believed that the more he threw out the more would come back.
