I haven't seen anything about it. Huh. Looks like they're choosing to ignore the sequels. I watched the first Lucifer the other day. It might turn out okay--the lead is very charming. The secondary characters...meh. I like that he never hides that he is Lucifer Morningstar. People just don't believe him--lol.

We've watched two episodes so far. Not what we were expecting at all with his humor. That's been the best part for us.

I don't think this show would be for me. I absolutely love the original 1976 movie, The Omen. I don't acknowledge any sequels or the more current remake. The original is an absolutely brilliant movie. That said, I'm really not interested in "the adult life of Damien Thorn..." I have too much love for the original. But that's just me.

The actor is better than the scripts so far :) I'm willing to stick with it for a few more episodes to see if they improve. If not, he'll for sure show up on something else soon. I've seen him in a lot of Brit TV and movies, so it's nice to see him over here.

Has it started? I've seen commercials for it, but wasn't aware that the show was on.
The commercials are adequately creepy, but I'll be hard to please. I was creeped out by the originals. That level of creepiness is going to be hard to match, let alone beat.

I have dvr-ed (new word) all of the episodes of Damien so far but had not watched any until last night. Last night I watched the pilot episode and thought it was decent. The sequels are being ignored and this show just ties in with the original movie (wise move). At the start of the pilot, Damien is 30 years old and doesn't have any idea of what he is and the show will go from that point. The pilot was decent and I think the show has potential to be pretty good. I want to watch episode 2 after seeing episode 1, so that's a good start.

I'm caught up on this series and I like it. The pilot episode was just ok but the series is getting better with each episode. Hershel from The Walking Dead is in this (I'm not sure for how long - He's looking like a future casualty ;-D but maybe not).
