Dark Tower Hardcover

I'm a bit of a hardcover collector and my new hunt is the Dark Tower series. Can anyone point me in a direction to start my search?

you might try thriftbooks.com,I did a quick search and the original book in the series is listed as $20 and change for school and library binding edition, assuming that is hardcover.. Thriftbooks has some good deals.

Don't forget about thrift-stores/ used book stores/ Goodwill. Never can tell what you might find.

The first 4 volumes (someone correct me if I'm wrong) were sold as trade paperbacks and the hardcovers were limited editions. So the first 4 volumes will be harder to find (especially volume 1 which had a very limited hardcover release). Volumes 5-7 had the regular hardcover releases.

Yup. I still have my original 4--those are hard to find in HB. Still not hard to find in TPB. I see them at thrift stores around here all the time, usually for no more than $2-$3/ea.

thanks for the ideas. the first for I've found a very pricey but some are still in good condition. will be sure to share whatever I end up with.
