Dennis Rodman has always been about drawing attention to himself. This North Korea nonsense is just more of the same. I'm not sure why these other former players chose to go with him but they are expressing some regret about going.
...ummm, at least the "complete' clip here is more than the bit I saw on another news program. The Secret Life of Dennis Rodman...seemed to mellow a tad toward the end of the clip. Worse things have happened. Wasn't Clinton trying "to do something" only to turn on the news and there was Carter in Korea. Jimmy, Dennis, what's the difference? Sat-images of the North are still dim at night.

Is the Rodman situation akin to the Jane Fonda situation in Vietnam? I was too young to know what happened with Fonda over there, but seems like this has the same 'feel' to it. Why any of those other players went there I'll never understand, unless they were paid lots and lots of money. I hope they do get to come home.....

He has apologized for his comments. Apparently he was "under stress" and had been drinking.

I think he (D. Rodman) is being used by the Korean leader and doesn't see to what extent. This is getting Rodman back in the news and in light of the outrageous things he has done previously to get attention, that has to figure in to why he's doing it.
Wouldn't it be easier to just start dating Mylie?
