Did we all truly float down here at one point?

I swear I used to levitate and float across my grandmother's kitchen floor and down her hallway as a child! I'm not talking about lucid dreaming or dreaming at all. I feel like I have a REAL memory of doing this. I know what lucid dreaming feels like and it wasn't that. Does anyone else here have this memory? Did we used to float as children, before the world told us we couldn't?

Might not be exactly what you had in mind, but I just remembered a certain spot along the Blue Ridge Parkway where both my brother and I experienced a sort of time warp/thinny..... On several occasions, when driving along the parkway, when we approached a certain bridge.....neither of us could remember crossing the bridge, but we arrived at our destinations ahead of schedule. Rather than try to explain it, we often joked about using the shortcut bridge....
