...hey now, I'm willing to get in the shower with wet soapy hands to help ANY of you ladies out....trust me, I'm a nurse...

For some reason I'm just not seeing "nurse" in all of this!
Nah it's okay thanks, Scott... I think I'll wait until I'm old enough for those yearly mammograms. :biggrin2:

okay.:stfu:

I really can't get too self righteous about that. It's been years since I had a lady parts check-up.

Right-O missy... you go get that cooch twin seen to before the next calendar month is up, or skimom2 and I will turn this into a Smear Campaign.

Ran on the tread mill today.
blunthead , thanks for the recommendations. I love the one I have. It's great when it's too cold and snowy to run outside.
Running is my alone, nice thing I do for myself.
So you have your own personal in-home treadmill? :m_adore:

Andy got me an elliptical trainer but I took it back to Sears and got a reclining bike instead. Maybe I should have stuck with the trainer. This bike is good but it does take up a lot of room.

Hubby had a hip replacement eight days ago and I've been very busy helping him. Things have settled down a bit and I had a couple of hours of free time today to work on a craft. Crafting is so therapeutic… it's a great way to unwind, plus you have something to enjoy or give away when the project's finished. :smile2:
My hobby is baking and yes - giving it away to others is part of it too. Every Friday I like to bring something home made into work to share.

I'm sure your coworkers really appreciate it! My daughter loves to bake and she brings treats to her job every week too. Her most popular baked good is "Slutty Brownies". They are wicked good!
Maybe you have the recipe? I have heard of marble brownies and blonde brownies but not those kind - I am afraid what might pop up if I Google those words :drunk:

I just googled it and recipes actually came up. :smile2: Seems they have an even more decadent recipe now called "Even Sluttier Slutty Brownies." Don't know if my tastebuds could stand all that excitement!

Today I decided not to hate the idea of having to work my shift tonight, but to be grateful for having work at all and some, if not much, income. The thing is that I tend to get anxious about things, but really never for any good reason. It's just my nature. Making a conscious decision not to worry helps, though isn't enough sometimes.

I, too, get really bad anxiety attacks sometimes. They are awful, aren't they?

Finally. They're so expensive, but Frank found one that I could afford with good reviews. I bought it through Wal-Mart.com, so it came right to my door. Putting it together was a witch though...took forever. It does take up a lot of room, but it's worth it. It's not as good as running outside, but does help me keep up my running during these hateful winter months!

Lifelong anxiety sufferer here too. It sucks. But once you know what you are dealing with, that's half the battle. Problem is, I had no idea what was wrong with me until about age 40. I just thought everyone felt like I did. What a relief it was once I was diagnosed and started to address the issues.
