Out of this lot, I like Cell the best. It reminds me of early King, when the stories ran fast and hot without the mountain of back, side, and forward stories that plump up later King. Not that I dislike the longer books--heavens, no!--but sometimes it's nice to slide onto a rocket bike instead of into a Mercedes.

Great point, but you forgot to use Tom Cullen's "Laws, no!" ;-D

Doc im Shocked to see my absolute Favorite one of them all in that list :icon_eek: !

so shocked I forgot to tell you which one! ROSE MADDER ❤

Hey doc - don't worry - Maddie and I just happen to like one of the less popular books - everyone has their own way of looking at things.

Wouldn't it be a boring world if we all were the same? Like robots

The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon is my favorite of these, but I love Dreamcatcher and Rose Madder almost just as well. I LOVED all three of these books, and have never understood why people don't like them. :)

Thanks for replying. I'll give it another look if I can snag a copy at the used book store.

Another vote for Rose Madder. I really liked all of them but Dreamcatcher. I had a hard time finishing it the first time, forced a re-read the second time and appreciated it more, but still not going to be a favorite. But I side with Neesy, re: the robot idea! If we were all the same, it would be a pretty boring world! ;-D

Thank you so much. :onthego:
When I went back in to edit, I didn't see a box to check to make the results public but when I click on View Results a chart does pop up with the totals/percentages. Are you able to see that as well? I can sometimes see things that others can't because of the moderation/admin privileges so don't have a way to test it.

Sorry, I got distracted...
Yes, there's a View Results button and when I click on it there is a "camera negative" image of the results but I'm not able to see who picked what.
