I loved talking on the phone when I was younger. I think my dislike of talking on the phone comes from the workplace. After years of working in an office setting, I can't stand phones (and I'm not big on talking to a lot of people in person either). I too prefer texting. My cell phone usage for actual calls is never more than 5 minutes per billing period! lol
I prefer not to talk on the phone. I do that all day long and have zero interest in doing it off the clock. I would rather text any day.

I always just hang up when it's obvious there's a cracked nut on the other end.....
When the CSR comes on the line, tell them you’re also recording the call. They usually will reply that if YOU are recording the call they are not allowed to speak to you. WHAT?
