Dangit, now I'm going to have to reread IT, keeping y'alls comments in mind. When I first read IT, I thought of it as just a very very good Chaos vs Order story. Chaos (unlawful evil) represented by Pennywise and the deadlights, and Order (lawful good) represented by the Losers. I've never really wanted to reread IT because Patrick Hockstetter disturbed me so horribly - moreso than Pennywise even :(

Hockstetter was disturbing as hell.
