Anyone with an epi-pen check if it's recalled in your country. It started in Australia/NZ. I think UK was next. Today USA and Canada.
No matter where you live, check either with the supplier in your country or whatever government office does recalls.
You should be able to get a free replacement from the pharmacy. And don't let them refuse if you have a recalled one that expires March 2017. You paid big bucks and were not protected properly.
