...not soda, chocolate drink(no carbonation)...some people swear by it, but I was underwhelmed-give me chocolate milk anytime...
Maybe you need to grow up with it to really appreciate it. It was a staple in my neighborhood when I was a kid. Loved it. Also drank chocolate milk as well. One is not a substitution for the other. Yoo Hoo is an entity unto itself. :watermelon:

I picked mine for no other reason than I couldn't think of anything better, but wanted a nick with 'something of the night' about it.
In school, some of the staff used to call me 'The Shadow', on account of how quiet I was and how I was always there, unnoticed. But 'The Shadow'...nah. Especially not with the connection a lot of US folks would make (comic book character).
I've been thinking of a change, though - to 'RundownTitan', which was my auto-generated gamer-tag back when I had XBox Live (which has since become an expense I've opted to let go) and stuck because it made me laugh - and because it's somewhat appropriate. :grinning:

I didn't know Xbox gave you a random name, that's pretty cool for an auto generated name. If you got a ps3 though instead you'd have free online. Not Ps4 though, sneaky b*stards.

Your story is similar to mine - couldn't think, went anonymous.

Mine is not logical at all, when I was registering here... when was it? I guess it's been 4 or 5 years ago... I thought of playing with my name somehow, but the nicknames I tries were already occupied (my real name is Yulia what is maybe a little strange for the English language, all my friend on the Internet and even some of my real friends call me Julie, this one I took after watching I Know What You Did Last Summer, I just loved the character of Jennifer Love Hewitt in the movie=D).
Anyway, then I was thinking of taking the nickname Melinda (in honor of my favorite Melinda Gordon from Ghost Whisperer), I have this nickname on some other sites, but I guess here it also was occupied. And then I thought of my favorite singer whose nickname is Linda and decided to just leave one letter to make it more interesting:0: Not so clever, huh ;-D

Mostly everyones name is self explanatory but some i don't understand lol. So if you want to say why you got your username you can. As for me i got this nickname back in my wild days when i was into alot of crazy things lbvs and 87 is the year i was born.
Despite having explained my username at least twice previously, I'll do it again since there's a thread just for it, and due to the name itself, which perhaps unfairly tempts toward misunderstanding. The name Blunthead has nothing whatever to do with illicit narcotics, but was a nickname for someone my high school buds (unintentional pun) and I knew. This was so long ago as to mean that the term "blunt" had not yet entered American drug lexicology (the person my buds and I knew had an unfortunately-shaped head, true story). In fact, it was only approximately 2007 that I discovered that one might look askance at my use of the name. I hadn't been aware that I'd been essentially saying "pothead". This means that in 2006 when I became an SKMB member I was ignorant of how my name might be misinterpreted. I chose the name in part as an attempt to signal any of my buds whom I haven't been able to locate, hoping maybe to find them. I know one of them was an sK fan; I thought maybe I could find him here.

Well, ya just educated me! I had no idea "blunthead" had anything to do with drugs... I'm such an innocent, really. :a11:

Thanks for the story; I had not heard it before. And I am someone who did think it had to do with pot. Sorry about that!

You're right, that's not very logical ;-D

You know, to be honest, Lina sounds like a perfectly normal Russian girls name, I just figured it was your real first name. Yulia is a lovely name. It sounds classy and exotic.

To be honest, blunt is such a common term for a joint that I just assumed it to be that. Also, every time I see your name, I think of bluntman and chronic from jay and silent bob strike back, and think of mark hammil as cock-knocker saying "you thought I'd never find your precious blunt cave, did you hemp knight?" :)
