Fake Signature? Please help!

I bought this 1990 book club edition of Carrie off of eBay. After looking at the signatures page at thedarktower.org, I realize I may have gotten duped. The "p" and "g" look suspect to me. What do you think?

Is this signature in pencil? It has a look of graphite and not as fluid as ink. I'm just curious. I suppose the next question is does King autograph with pencil. It looks real, to me, too. If it's a fake I'm impressed.
