Well, the one i go to must often is called (translated to english) The Bull Bravo. It is a lunch restarant. They have about 7 fair prized dishes every day to choose from. one veggiedish, one pastadish, one fishdish and four meatdishes. They are far from the best restaurant but as far as lunchrestaurants go they are good. In the evening they are closed.

A local Italian restaurant called J. Dominick's (was previously called Stephano's). Their food is so fresh and their portions are huge; we could never finish them. Their glasses of wine are like goblets, lol. My favorite meal there is their mussels in marinara sauce over linguini and their veal marsala.

Their menu changes frequently and is a bit eclectic but the food is always good. Awesome space as well.

I also like Stockholders in Weymouth, MA. It's a local steakhouse. Food has always been good. Extra bonus point for being within stumbling distance of my condo

The restaurant I've been to more than any other is a little Mexican dive known as Taxco, which is located about two miles from my house. I know the manager and all the wait staff by first name. I've gone there so frequently because out of a host of choices their prices are the best for the quality of the food and drinks, and because they're friends.

I'd really like to find a seafood place I really like. I guess I just need to start an investigation. Not lately but every so often I like to eat at a good steakhouse, such as Longhorn or Outback, and order prime rib (rare side of medium-rare, please).

I'm all about the sandwich.

GREAT stuff close to my house that I don't visit often enough.

I've no frikkin clue why they haven't franchised it. If I win a 50 million dollar lottery, I'm buying all rights and will easily quadruple those winnings with a huge chain that will make Panera cry.

Sometimes at the office, I'll treat them to sandwiches from the Fat Shack. They deliver, and they have a buffalo chicken wrap that just melts me.

Last delivery they made, they told us that they were switching up the menu. Our favorite sandwiches, including mine, will be gone. They're going to some kind of chicken-finger array, or something. Our dismay was evident. They're off the list for lunch now. We mourned.

When I was feeling flush in D.C., it was a place called Red Sage. Creative Southwestern-Native American-cowboy fare. Now defunct, dammit, but I have the cook book (Mark Miller) and have blown people away with the stuff I've made from it.

Husk Nashville just got voted one of the best new restaurants in the U.S. by Esquire. (Best New Restaurants 2014 - The Best New Restaurants - Esquire) Haven't been. Won't go until the Trendies decide it's passé and I can get a table where I can hear my dinner companion(s).

So my fave right now is a hole-in-the-wall Salvadoran place in Nashville along the Violently Ethnic corridor of Nolensville Road. It's called Las Americas. About 75% of the clientele are Spanish-speakers, and it doesn't serve iced tea, but holy crap - the pupusas, the ceviche tostada, and the tongue soft taco. Drool-worthy eats.

If I had to stick locally, I’d give a shout out to Henry's Salt of the Sea. A quaint little place with not much seating, but always packed. I’ve always had great meals there no matter what I select, and it consistently gets 5 star ratings. And the chef actually prepares the meals right in front of you.
