surrounded by thick dark chocolate; not too sweet because
the fillings are so rich they are a cavity waiting to happen :p

It has always been a Irish tradition in my family for St. Patrick’s Day dinner of corned beef and cabbage (and how Mac & Cheese got into the menu, I'll never know), to have chocolates and money to give to the children after the meal. Growing up, that meant chocolate gold coins. We did it again this year and I love those chocolate coins (I think I ate more of them than the kids did).
