I did see a nice story a couple weeks ago, that he wrote a nice letter and sent an autographed, personalized picture to a family in Indiana who had lost a teenager to a drunk driver. The grandma had written Peyton and told him about the boy, and how he had been a huge fan since he was little, and remained a huge fan after Peyton went to Denver. He signed the picture In Memory Of, and then the kid's name...I thought that was pretty neat.
Yeah, higher prices and crappy customer service. I have always had excellent customer service from DTV, I am afraid that is going to go bye-bye. We have ATT as our cell provider, so maybe there will be a bundle deal that could lower prices, but I generally stay away from bundling deals. Ugh.
