I thought Ohio State should have called a time out before attempting that last field goal that ended up being blocked. The pace of the game had gotten pretty fast as they were driving down field and they had to rush the kick pretty badly because the play clock was running down. I think I saw :06 on the play clock when the kicker was just getting into position. I wouldn't want to second guess Urban Meyer it just seems like a 30 second time out would have given the kicking team a chance to get set a little better. Still a very good game.
Also, Roll Tide! I'm officially using them as a surrogate SEC team while the 'Backs recover from their shellacking courtesy of Auburn this last weekend. That was ugly.

For me, one bad thing about the Jets - Browns match-up Sunday is that the Dolphins are off so I'm sure the Jets game will be the one broadcast. And then who do the Dolphins play the week after? The Jets. I just can't get away from the Jets on my TV.

Yes, I thought poor Brock looked quite uncomfortable a lot last night. Scared, almost.
Took them a quarter to find a good groove, but once they did, they played well. They really need to get a handle on the penalties. But how about that young running back, Booker? I was quite impressed with him last night.
