There are a few from across the pond and other parts of the globe. I love seeing the book covers from other countries - we're all super book nerds around here.
Here is my Dutch 'Eyes of the Dragon'. Not sure if it's exclusive for my country but I've always loved it:

I actually DID have this cover version, but it was given to me by an ex who also wrote a message on the inside of the cover. My (somewhat jealous) wife never saw, because she almost never looks at my SK books, but to be safe I replaced it with a fresh copy, that sadly did not have this particular cover... I know, I'm a dumbass :p
