I was out of town, meeting with people, and it went late. I stepped out of the building to get into the car to go home, and it was a big beautiful moon lighting the night sky.
I was filled with wonder... and a tinge of bitterness that I had to get in my car right away and not be able to stay out and enjoy it.

Yes it is beautiful, isn't it? You can totally understand why so many people had a god or goddess(mostly a goddess) that was the moon. The sun was male and the moon female. Totally logical i think.
I hate full moons or clear night skies.

Okay. I've never watched any of the Twilight movies, know nothing about them except for a poster that I thought was very humorous, but I think I'm getting a glimpse of them with this post, and if so, I agree with our friend GNTLGNT that it's brilliant.

There must be something in the 'ole people going crazy because of the full moon. I mean that's where" lunatic" comes from.
I will just say, moderating this board during full moons really is riding the crazy train. There is a higher incidence of misunderstandings, grumpiness, moodiness, anger, altercations. It is interesting to observe.
