Don't know where to start, but CAT, my daughter mentioned the music right off the bat when the candles were burning down. Holy smoke!
I thought the music was amazing!

I was getting bored with Cersei, not anymore!

I think I need to reread the books. Some comments and articles I read last night, after the show, there were things I should have seen coming that were a complete surprise to me. Specifically

that Jon was not Ned's son but his nephew...so he is apparently a true Stark (his mother) and a Targaryen (his father) What?!?! ;-D That changes a lot!!

I curse my memory sometimes. I think that was only hinted at and not ever spelled out. But still, something I probably should have picked up on. Maybe I did, but have since forgot. It has been about 6 years since I read the first 4 books. Anyway, will probably try to get to them again, soon.

I'll have to go grab a book later but I thought that,
Aegon was the second to last Targaryen (Dany's brother), one of the babes that Varys saved from The Mountain during the sack of King's Landing and has now grown. Aegon was confirmed in a Dance With Dragons as Tyrion discovered he was Griff. So if Jon is a Targaryen and IF Aegon shows up on the TV show, then we have the three riders for the three dragons.......Only a blood Targaryen can ride one of those wee beasties right?

Yes!! But,
Uncle Ben let a big clue out about the dead not being able to cross the Wall. That seems too easy. What if Melisandre does some evil mojo on the Wall that lets them cross in retaliation for being banished?

They will make it across. Remember when
Bran, Hodor and the two traveling with them first reached that cave of the Children and the dude growing out of the tree and were attacked by the dead coming out of the snow and ice? Bran, Hodor and the girl make it into the mouth of the cave and when the dead try to follow into the cave they explode/disintegrate? Fast forward to the episode this season where Hodor dies:)(). The White Walker King and a few of his Generals (for lack of a better term) WERE able to cross the barrier and enter. Once they did that the rest of the dead were able to follow, to get around the barrier. Stands to reason that the same magic they did at the cave will work at The Wall.

And I wouldn't want to cross the Red Woman's path for a while. She's going to be pissed!!

Best season so far.
The death of Hodor killed me, total surprise. Loved to see Ramsay become dogmeat, this following one of the most epic fight scenes to date. This show brings out the bloodlust of revenge! Lol. Cersei sitting on the throne like a boss. Jon becoming King of the North gave me chills and so did the last scene with Danyeris and Tyrion and the fleet with her dragons flying. Wow.
